APSWin Vendor Management |

The APS System includes Basic Purchasing, Open Market Purchasing,
Contract Purchasing, Stock Inventory, and Department Access.
Basic Purchasing - Module I
Basic Purchasing lets you automate vendor and commodity management, bid tracking, and reporting. Basic Purchasing is the cornerstone for automating your procurement cycle
Open Market Purchasing - Module II
Open Market Purchasing automates the preparation of purchasing documents including Requisitions, Bid Solicitations, Bid Tabulations, and Purchase Orders.
Contract Purchasing - Module III
Contract Purchasing is used to automate Term Contracts, Schedule Contracts, and "Blanket Order" type contracts.
Stock Inventory - Module IV
Stock Inventory simplifies all phases of inventory management, from entry of transactions to creation of management reports, for up to 250 inventory locations. Stock Inventory can be configured to work in conjunction with the other modules, or it can be used as a "stand-alone" Inventory System.
Department Access - Module V
Department Access facilitates remote access for entering Requisitions and status lookup by your end-users.
Bidder Selection - Module IA
Bidder Selection is a subset of Basic Purchasing which lets you automate vendor and commodity management. It is also included with our "stand-alone" Inventory System.
