******************************************************** * ALL FILES IN THIS DIRECTORY REQUIRE APS Version 4.30 * ******************************************************** FILES INCLUDED IN THE APS430a MAINTENANCE RELEASE ARE LISTED BELOW IN "date-of-change" SEQUENCE. ---------------------------------------------------- 11/10/99 IVPRTRCV.EXE corrected to suppress leading zeroes on numeric stock numbers when printing IV Receiving and Receiving Exception reports when the IV Option is set to leading zeroes not required. 11/23/99 CPCTLCPY.EXE corrected to properly format Y2K dates in the Associate/Disassociate Commodities for Contract Controls. 12/09/99 IVPRTLBL.EXE corrected to print item labels for items with Y2K Next-Count dates. 12/30/99 CPENTREQ.EXE which fixes the Y2K Final-Date problem when entering IV-REQs (for Term Items). 01/07/00 IVPRTREQ.EXE corrected to: (1) suppress printing of line item number, class item and extended amount for narrative line items on Inventory "Vendor" Reqs and POs, (2) suppress leading zeroes from numeric stock numbers when printing IV Reqs and POs when the IV Option is set to leading zeroes not required, (3) remove an I/O #3 error encountered when printing IV Reqs under certain conditions, (4) remove PGM ERROR #5 in Print-DA-REQs. 01/12/00 IVENTITM.EXE and IVINQITM.EXE corrected to fix a Y2K date error which resulted in the average monthly issues not being calculated as of 01/01/00. 01/18/00 IVENTTR3.EXE which corrects formatting of Y2K dates for the Inventory Transaction-Date in the Adj-Out (ADO) trans created by APS when an automated receipt item is deleted. 01/20/00 APSWIN.EXE which corrects the "Cannot find" or "Cannot Open" x:\\REMOTE.BAT error when the APSNET directory is mapped as the root on a network drive. NOTE: There may still be a problem with the path in the APSWIN.INI file if you use long directory names (more than the standard 8.3 character DOS format) or if it was not set properly during install. A possible work around is to rename the APSWIN.INI to something else so that the APSWIN program will get an error when it tries to open the INI file. If this happens the program will default to the current directory's REMOTE.BAT file. If you are using some other name for the startup batch file (i.e., not the default REMOTE.BAT) then you will need to copy or rename the batch startup file to REMOTE.BAT for this scenario to work. 02/01/00 IVPRTISS.EXE (Print Issue Tickets) corrected to take care of (1) a "Password is insufficient..." problem printing issue tickets when the user has level 2 privileges, (2) the problem of printing the wrong MS Req number on Issue Ticket continuation page that contains a total but no items. 02/16/00 OMAWDPOR.EXE (Award POs) corrected to fix a display problem with small PO numbers when awarding Inventory POs from received bids and the organization is not using the FY digit as part of the PO number. 03/10/00 BPANLRES.EXE (Analyze Bidder Response) corrected to fix the problem where the Class-Item flag was not being reset in the Change Bidder Response Count option. To reset the delete/print flags in the above option (even if the count is already at 0) you will simply need to key a 0 in on top of the 0 already there and press enter. 05/03/00 MNEDTOOP.EXE (Enter Other Formats) which fixes the Amendment print formats whereby "other" document formats are not correctly deleted. This fix will correctly delete "other" docs from this point on (ones that have not already been deleted). To remove formats that were deleted previously (but still appear on the list of choices); (1) Add the format back using the same name but with a different type code (you don't have to add body or detail info), (2) Use the delete option to re-delete the format. 05/03/00 IVENTTRN.EXE (Enter Inventory Transactions) that corrects the transaction date (Y2K format) of the APS generated ADJ-IN transaction for a deleted ISSUE. 07/14/00 MNENDPER.EXE, MNENDYER.EXE and MNENDYR1.EXE, which have been modified to NOT change the last activity date due to End-Of-Period or End-Of Year processing. 08/21/00 IVPRTANL.EXE with corrections to the way the Print Analysis handles the "FIFO" pricing method evaluation. Please be aware that the sequence of the receipts will now appear in DESCENDING ORDER (i.e., most recent first). 08/21/00 BPENTPO2.EXE with corrections to the way the PO Total was being decremented when a line item was removed from the PO. It now correctly subtracts out the tax amount.
